• By 2030, all baby boomers will have reached retirement age, accelerating labor force attrition.
• Since 2020, boomer workforce participation has declined, leaving gaps in institutional knowledge and leadership.
• Generation Alpha, the next wave of workers, will begin entering the labor market in 2030.
